• 13g protein
• 31g sugar
• 3.6g fat

As such, if this product is used as recommended to replace one or two normal meals per day, it should result in the intended benefit of weight reduction both in the short and longer term. This product is fortified with vitamins and minerals, and, when used to replace two meals a day, will provide between 50% and 100% of the RDA of all the essential vitamins and macrominerals.
