The liver and kidneys are the primary organs involved in the detoxification and elimination of harmful substances from the body. This process can be most assisted by increasing water intake to 2-3 litres per day, increasing fruit and vegetable intake to 8-10 potrions per day and reducing toxin intake. Supplementation of antioxidants, vitamins and some herbs may also assist in this.

This product is really a multivitamin and mineral with added antioxidants and plant extracts. At the advised level of two tablets per day, however, the B-Vitamins, which are important in liver function, are elevated to 150%-2000% RDA with other vitamins and trace minerals being present at a reasonable level.
